Argentina is a country of unique and dramatic landscapes where innovation and tradition collide. It is an eclectic melting pot where diverse cultures inspire passion and energy. Music, dance, food, high altitude growing, and winemaking all resonate with High Note’s vibrant and revolutionary spirit.
Head Winemaker Leopoldo Kuschnaroff possesses a deep understanding of agriculture and an appreciation of Argentina’s confluence of mingling cultures. He experiments with the different microclimates of the Uco Valley, perfecting wine that reflects the terroir. Born to a family of farmers that immigrated to Argentina from Ukraine, he profoundly understands agriculture and appreciates how Argentina is shaped by its diverse people and culture.
The Uco Valley produces wines with bright acidity, fresh aromas, and unmistakable personality. The high-elevation vineyards of Vista Flores, La Consulta, Altamira, Eugenio Bustos, and Gualtallary contribute notes of ripe fruit, violets, and spice to these rich wines.
