Uncompromising quality has been at the heart of the Scharffenberger Cellars winemaking philosophy since its founding in 1981. The winery sources grapes from its 120 acres of vineyards in the Anderson Valley, as well as trusted growers in the greater Mendocino County with whom it holds long-term contracts. Crafted using the traditional method process, wines are individually fermented in the bottle before being riddled and disgorged.
